
Mobilizations will take place across the country in Córdoba, Tucumán, Salta, Catamarca, and Santa Cruz, among other places, as part of the third Federal Educational March to be held on Tuesday the 12th at 5 PM. In the City of Buenos Aires, the march will start from the Obelisk towards Plaza de Mayo, where students, teachers, non-teaching staff, and the educational community will come together to defend public universities, demand an increase in the educational budget, reject the 2025 budget, and call for decent salaries for teaching and non-teaching staff.
During the mobilization, there will be flash mobs, clapping, artistic interventions, gatherings in the plaza, and the reading of the list of demands voted in the last assembly. Various student organizations from different universities have called for this march, expecting massive participation.
The Teacher's Union Association (AGD)-UBA will also join the mobilization and will hold a work stoppage starting at 4 PM. Additionally, a call has been launched on social media to perform a "federal flash mob" at 6 PM in various cities across the country.
The day of mobilizations was agreed upon in an inter-faculty meeting of the UBA, UTN, and the National University of Arts (UNA) at Plaza de Mayo, aiming to demand greater investment in public education. In Córdoba, the Inter-faculty-Inter-collegiate Assembly of the National University of Córdoba (UNC) has called for a march that will start from the Monument of La Reforma to Patio Olmos, supporting vigils and other activities scheduled in the region.
In Salta, the Inter-collegiate Assembly of the National University of Salta (UNSa) has called for a mobilization from the Monument of February 20, which joins a teacher strike in defense of public education. In Tucumán, the National University of Tucumán (UNT) will participate in the third Federal Educational March along with Conadu Histórica and the Association of Teachers and Researchers of the National University of Tucumán (ADIUNT) to highlight urgent issues in the university sphere. During the mobilization, there will be artistic interventions and the reading of the list of demands voted in the last assembly.
